My technician walked me around to several sites to demonstrate that the installation had been done properly. He patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He acknowledged that the previous installer should have made more effort to contact me with the original visit. Sometimes things go wrong, and the best companies take prompt action and full responsibility for making it right. Jon's visit was a good example of how that is done.

Chris is the consummate technician. He is thorough, taking his time to figure out all the details surrounding the presence of, in our case, ants and thrips. He then follows through with the proper treatment, always gracious about answering my questions and explaining as he works.
